Registration payment

In case of cancellation up to 15^th January 2026, the paid registration fee will be refunded, with a deduction of 100 Euro for administrative charges. 

No refund of the registration fee is applicable for cancellations received after 15^th January 2026. Refunds will be sent after the end of the conference.

Participants from the same company or institution may be substituted at no additional cost after the registration fee has been paid. However, early notification to the organizing committee is required to confirm the substitution.
